Our year long search for a home in Albany started and ended with Lars.  Lars had no idea the challenge he was undertaking in answering the telephone on that particular day.  The agent that was listed on the home of interest to us that we saw online was not in when I called,  however Lars in answering my call assured me that he would be happy to help us.  He asked a lot of questions and took a lot of information and our long distance search began.  Relocating from just over 200 miles away you can understand the majority of our search was online, convenient but with drawbacks as well.  We would prepare a list of homes we would like to view and email to Lars.  We would notify him when we could next be in Albany and he would set aside a couple of days for showings.  Understandably this posed a lot of work in making the appointments for showings and a hardship for Lars to set aside this much time to spend with us.  However,  on the flip side this process was the only way we could make this work with the distance involved for us.  Lars was patient, always positive and understanding of our situation and determined to assist us in our search to find the right home for us.  Indeed he was successful in finding the home we occupy today.  We have a month of unpacking yet to do but we have no doubt that we will love calling this house our home, which after being in the same home for 39 years, that in itself is some statement!  Thanks Lars
