Lisa tenaciously took us on a step-by-step process to bring the property up to snuff and deliver to market. Her skills in prioritization of improvements went a long way in presenting a property that was respectable for sale. In the end, the propwrty sold for $15K above asking price, and by all accounts, the new owners ard pleased with their purchase. Kudos to Lisa!
